What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is an important tool for increasing cognitive flexibility, thereby increasing behavioral flexibility and the ability to adapt to one’s current environment in a meaningful and productive manner.
At Noodle Pros we focus on two types of Mindfulness: attentional awareness and meditation. Mindset refers to the intentional application of mindfulness concepts.
We provide Mindfulness & Mindset courses led by Tutors with specific age group experience to:
- K to 4th grade
- 5th to 8th grade
- 9th grade to Adult
One on One Mindfulness Programs
Program 1: 2 Hours - $600
Program 2: 4 Hours - $1,100
Program 3: 6 Hours - $1,500
Customized Ongoing Program: Pricing on request
Group Mindfulness Programs (based on 5 students, will increase if less than 5)
Program 1: 2 Hours - $150 per student
Program 2: 4 Hours - $275 per student
Program 3: 6 Hours - $375 per student
